32 year old professional looking for a new home

Hi! I am looking for a place in Ilkley, Harrogate, Knaresborough or north of Leeds, plus surrounding areas.

I work in information governance for a large charity and work in Leeds city centre part of the time and from home for the rest (hybrid). I drive and have a car, so on-street or private parking is ideal.

My budget is around 650 p/m for a room but can be flexible, especially if bills are included. A garden, parking and a bath would be great, but they're not deal-breakers! I am an easy-going individual, low maintenance and have used Spareroom successfully in the past.

My main interests involve being outside (walking, running) in the Peak District or the Yorkshire dales - I currently live near Sheffield. I love music, both writing it myself and playing, and enjoying going to gigs and social events in towns. I often frequent the Brudenell social club in Leeds.

I am quite flexible about who my flatmates are, but now being in my 30's would prefer professionals rather than students! I would also be down to buddy up. Expect mildly hippy vibes, good beer and wine, guitars and trips to the countryside on weekends. I'm also part of the LGBT community if that matters.
