Double or single room please

Hi,
I would like a double or a single room to rent.
I can ideally pay around £400 PCM with bills included. Maybe slightly more for the right place.
I am Vegetarian but that would not influence any decisions made.
Non smoker. No pets. No children.

I work in hospitality and have worked at the same place for over 6 years now.
I lived in my first house share for nearly 9 years and only moved due to the house being sold.
I am looking for somewhere quiet above anything else with someone who likes a natter every now and then but also appreciates personal space.
Also not too far out of town if possible as I don't have a car. But this doesn't have to be a deal breaker.
