Hi everyone,

I am looking for a quiet, relaxing and importantly, tidy home to move into. I also would like to live with someone similar age and similar interests so it feels homely.

I am 30 years old. A mature student who this September will start an MA in Creative Writing at the University of Sheffield. I also work at Bench in Netheredge and through summer do all sorts of jobs.

I hope the student thing doesn't put you off. At age 30 I am certainly not a typical student and also work. I am really really clean and chill, and respect the home, and keep my socialising primarily outside of the house. I am Looking for a home as a place to rest and relax.

That being said I am also very chatty and friendly around the house and would be more than willing to hangout together, do things together etc., but at the same time respect peoples downtime. You won't hear much from me on your quiet evenings.

Furthermore, more than happy to follow a cleaning rota, buying shared items schedule, whatever works for you.

Not sure if anything else is entirely relevant. As for me: I recently lived and studied in Spain, have also lived in Australia. Love travelling, reading, music (the usual). Big fan of Sheffield's green spaces, cafes etc., and the Peaks of course. I have a girlfriend who is a doctor living in Nottingham. I am sure there is more but I won't bore you.
