Easy going gentleman looking for a room

Good morning,

I am enquiring for a clean and safe room or studio flat for my father. He is in his 70s and visiting from Iran for five months but due to mine and my sister’s living situation, it is challenging for him to stay with us.
I live in Canary Wharf and my sister is in Long Buckby so we would like him to be close to at least one of us. He will occasionally be with us weekends, half terms and part of summer holidays.
He is healthy, self sufficient and is a raw food eater (personal choice) so there won’t be much cooking in the kitchen.
