Reliable, honest, looking for a new home

I'm 25
Recently seperated and now looking to reduce living costs from living alone in a full house to renting a room. I have however been living alone/with partners from the age of 18. I am extremely reliable and consistent with money and responsibilities. I am flexible on location, price and landlords. I get on well with most people. Not a particularly outgoing person, you'll never have me return from a night clubbing
I am a welder/Fabricator 9-5 and an ex mechanic. I am extremely versatile for around the house duties and by no means an untidy or lazy person
