Mature student seeking flat/share in Gwynedd/Mon

Quiet and studious mature student looking for professional/clean/homely flat, studio or reasonable-sized room to let in Bangor or surrounds (ideally no more than a 10-mile radius).

Clean, tidy, quiet, responsible, reliable. No pets, partners, or partying. No cars or dependants. Good credit history, regular income from long-term employment. I am open to unfurnished or unconventional properties. I would make an excellent housekeeper for a second home, for example. I would love to find somewhere with a garden I can tend, but it is not essential.

I will stay local after graduation, so I hope to find something longer-term, but I am open to short-term options too.
