Quite respectful person

At the moment whilst I'm signed off sick by a doctor I would be looking for somewhere that excepts benefit, which would would be directly into your bank account, and and my shortful I would make up the remaining balance. So.....I'm a quite single guy, I have a 6 year old boy which I see every other weekend, and that would be at my mum's house. I would would sleep at my mum's every other weekend to see my son. I am currently not weekend due to health issue, but I have been driving vans, delivering and collecting all types of materials for companies as uch as Biffa and Stapletons tyres. Before driving work I was plastering, am city and guilds level 3 trained, I would be painting and decorating too, general property maintenance. I still keep up the plastering work and painting for friends and family in my free time. I dont drink or have any interest in living a party lifestyle. I'm clean tidy, respectful of others and I like to keep a clean bedroom etc. I get on well with people and form good friendships. So basically I'm a single 40 year old guy looking for a double or single room, I will be going back to work in the near future. I don't drink or go out to pubs, and it would be great to rent a room from someone, I would be a very clean and tidy person to live with and hopefully make a new friend in the process.
