Looking for a spare room in Exeter!

Hi! I’m starting a PhD at Exeter University this September so I’m on the look out for accommodation. I’m a biochemistry student so most of my time during the day will be spend toiling away in labs, but I like socialising in the evenings and I will likely get involved in university or local sports clubs. This in mind, I would prefer living with other PhD students or young professionals.
