21y/o student looking for quiet room

Hi! I’m Adam and I’m studying Geography at the Uni of Manchester and I’m looking for somewhere to stay during my second year of uni - this would be September 2024 to June 2025, but I am relatively flexible on specific dates.

I’m not too picky when it comes to what sort of place I’m looking for, my only must-haves would be good transport links to the city centre and being somewhat affordable (~£700pm max with bills). Some things that I would prefer but aren’t essential would be good access to green space, a washing machine, a desk, and an en-suite or multiple bathrooms.

As for myself, I’m very chilled out and am generally content keeping to myself so I would prefer only sharing with one or two other people, though I am still happy to hang out and do things together! Some of my hobbies include cosplay, video games, and board games, and I would love to have people to play with (though I won’t make you)! I care a lot about keeping my space clean and tidy and would hope for the same, and as mentioned I am rather quiet and try to avoid disturbing others.
