Looking for a room to rent

The owner of the flat/room I’ve been renting for the last three years wants back their property, I’m meant to be out of the flat by the end of December 2023, so I’m desperately searching to rent a room…

I’m a 30 years old mature respectable young man who is looking for a place to call home with nice roommates I get along with, and can socialise with from time to time.
I enjoy my one on one time, and spend a bit of time on my laptop writing my stories, but I have no problem socialising with friendly people, laughing, and having good conversations.

I am on Universal Credit and I currently receive housing benefit, so I hope that isn’t a problem, because I really do need a room to rent...
I'm also receiving help from Southwark Council with their Self-Help Private Renting Scheme that offers the landlord a non-refundable incentive payment... (message me for the leaflet with more details)
