Huge bright double with garden and en-suite
This place is the one for you, if you're creative, kind and want to live in a peaceful idyll.
*YOUR ROOM*
A magnificent double room, the size of a small studio flat (30m2) with double doors leading out to a beautiful garden. A bright period room, with wooden floors, high ceilings and fireplace. The room shares a bathroom with one other (jack-and-jill en-suite).
The room comes unfurnished.
*THE FLAT*
The flat has a shared kitchen with a little utility room and a pantry. There's a large dining table and small shared seating area. And a magical garden that has to be experienced to be believed (we call it our private park!). We've hosted many wonderful bonfires and bbq gatherings.
*THE FLATMATES*
You would be sharing the flat with 3 others -- all professionals between 30-40, one female and 2 male. One is a filmmaker, another an academic and one works in AI. Everyone is lovely, fun and thoughtful.
The flatmates are respectful of each others space and most of the bedrooms are of a similar size, so people have their own areas to chill - but we meet and chat in kitchen and hang out in the garden.
*TRANSPORT*
The flat is well connected. A 15min walk takes you to several tubes. The overground at Brondesbury Park, where trains take you to Hampstead and East London and down South to Westfields and Richmond. The Jubilee Line at Willesden Green is also 15 mins away, and you pop into central within 30 mins. A bit further is Queens Park for the Jubliee Line. Or jump on a bus straight to Notting Hill.
*SHOPS & SOCIAL*
Queens Park has lovely restaurants, a butcher, coffee haunts and a famers markets on Sundays. In the other direction you find Chamberlyn Road with more pubs, eateries and independent shops. Closer to Willesden Green you'll find a massive Sainsburys, grocers and the like.
I've loved living here and am very sad to leave. But I'm leaving to move in with my partner.
Like what you see and hear?....
*WHEN CAN YOU MOVE IN?*
From 1st June (ideally from the 1st, but sometime between 1st June and 1st July)
You would be taking over my tenancy which runs 'til Oct with the option to renew then.
*HOW MUCH WILL YOU BE PAYING?*
