Also you must be working and placing the deposit down will secure the room as i don't hold the room on "i'll be back next payday"basis. Also females please note 2 Blokes are in this house so if you have issues with this then best not waste your time in looking here. (2 decent blokes mind)
I have a double room available in my home. Non smoking, Clean, quiet and friendly household with no pets.
Looking for someone 100% trustworthy as no internal locks on doors so you will need to respect everyone's rights and privacy. I am the owner of the house i have an investment to keep so you must clean up after yourself.
I am away a lot with my job in summer time so at times the house isn't too crowded with 3 people in. Oh and just to add the double room is for 1 person only and its for single person occupancy only. Wireless internet available.
This is a nice and quiet property. The property contains wooden floors throughout, double glazing spacious and a nice position. Just 5 mins off j13 on M60 and about the same to M61 j4. Excellent for A580 as well.
There is a working burglar alarm system and monitored by ADT.
Need to see it really. Please be aware if you have not got the funds to pay for your stay then please don't call as i cannot afford to keep individuals for free. Sorry. As for the area, it has not bothered my guests of over 10 years. So if you are looking for good nice and cheap accommodation and want to save up for a place of your own this is the best way to do it.
I also offer any females or males that if you clean the home communial areas on a regular basis then i can reduce the amount of rent you pay. This would be subject to you doing what is required in cleaning. Don't panic generally we are responsible for our own mess, dishes and washing etc.
