Hello! My name is Vicci, I'm 40 and I have a double room to rent in my flat. You'll be sharing the flat with me. I really want to find someone with whom I get on well, ideally not much younger than 30.

The flat is within walking distance from the Christie and on major bus routes to Wythenshawe hospital. It's easy to get to Salford Quays by tram.

I would be happy to consider people who just want to live here Monday to Friday (the rent would be adjusted accordingly).

I am looking for a laid-back and happy flatmate with whom I get on well. Must be clean and tidy and respectful of the property and my neighbours.

Shared interests would be a bonus - current affairs, music, films, literature.
