Double room to rent in friendly house

Hello,

The landlord has a double room to rent in our house which is between Withington and West Didsbury. Really accessible to all public transport routes and easy access to Princess Parkway.

We are two easy going guys in our late twenties who work in Manchester City Centre in the arts. We are in and out of the house quite a bit but when we're in, we enjoy watching Netflix with a few beers/wine. We would welcome any guys/girls who are friendly and sociable to move in asap.

The room is a ground floor furnished double room. The house also has 2 other bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and a good sized garden. There is also plenty of storage space. If you drive, there is parking space on the road and we have a driveway.
