I am currently a student who is forced to relocate due to medical reasons.

The house is situated within a 10 minute walk to bars, a supermarket, takeaways, a library and bus links going straight to the city centre passing by University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.

The room itself is situated upstairs facing the garden. It comes with a desk, a wardrobe, closet and a chest of drawers. The room is of a reasonable size but the landlord has offered to remove any unwanted furniture and he is very easy to talk to if any problems arise. Also the landlord has given everyone the option to customize their rooms such as allowing painting the walls as well as having any posters on the wall.

House mates are all currently studying in their 2nd year at MMU, all friendly and easy to talk to.
