Our housemate is moving out and the end of June and we need someone to fill his room.
The three of us who are currently living in the house include two professionals (Moni & Rachael) and a soon to be graduate (Sam).
The rooms are on the first floor, the bedroom overlooks the garden, whilst the study is at the front of the house which catches lots of the sun. The bedroom features double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The study comes along with a desk, set of draws and additional wardrobe for storage.
The house also has:

- Large lawn garden with garage and drive
The house is a great place to live and is a few minutes walk from Didsbury and Withington, with many local amenities and shops nearby. The house is also good for travelling to the universities and the city centre.
