Double Room in Modern Flat

Hi

I am currently leaving my two-bedroom flat in Withington to move down to Oxford. I am leaving behind a great flatmate and friend, Tom.

The flat is on just off Mauldeth road and is 3 minutes walk away from bus stops into town and about 10 mins walk from mauldeth road train station.

One of the main benefits of the flat is that it is extremely safe. It is discreetly located on the second floor of the building and there are CCTV cameras around the property as well as an intercom for letting people in.

There is also safe parking behind the back of the flat as we have an automatic gate.

You will have your own private bathroom and all the amenities: a dishwasher, BT infinity broadband, washer/dryer etc.

Bills are around 50 pounds a month.

Tom is a clean and tidy guy. He is a PhD student at the Univeristy of Manchester studying avalanches. His interests are climbing, cooking, art, vinyls, whisky and pub quizes.

We are looking for another PhD student ideally but most importantly someone who is reliable, clean and friendly.
