Two double bedrooms in a fantastic student flat in Withington, preferably looking for 2 people who are looking for a flat together/ know each other.

It is a first floor flat with 3 double bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is fully furnished to a good standard and is undergoing refurbishment over the next month. To each bedroom there is a double bed, built in wardrobes with shelving and a desk. Both rooms are really good sizes! To the kitchen there is a washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer and a dish washer. The shower has a bath with a shower to it and heated towel rails!

The building itself is a block of flats, which have secure intercom and CCTV at the entrance. There is also a car park which the kitchen and living room windows overlook.

The cost of the flat is £265 per person per month, with a deposit of £305. The rooms are available any time now, with a contract until the end of June 2015. There is some maintenance work expected until the end of August so rent is half price until September to compensate :)

The other tenant is a final year student at Manchester Metropolitan University. He's really laid back and easy to get along with, enjoys movie nights in and nights out!!
