Compact double in Lovely Withington house (Alan Rd)

All professionals - no students please.

There are four of us in here already. We're ideally looking for someone in their 30s to tie in with the rest of the group. We're not a noisy bunch. While polite, we're not a house that socializes together, so if you're looking for a party house, this isn't for you. We tend to mostly keep ourselves to ourselves, but there'll usually be beers one night a week, and everyone is friendly enough.

House is nicely presented. We're tidy (ish) without being obsessive.

Neighbours on both sides are very quiet, which is a bonus. On the whole it's a very peaceful place where everyone does their own thing, but will chat.

All the usual stuff, 2 bathrooms with bath, shower, loo and basin in each, large light living room, dining room, then a small kitchen at the back, but there's not usually more than 2 people in there at any given time anyway.

Also a lovely big garden (which the landlord maintains) with an apple tree out back, great to relax in during the summer months and great for BBQs.

Also worth pointing out that the landlord here is very good. Really helpful and any problems are usually sorted out very quickly.

Bills approx approx £40 per month, broadband £6. 70 between the 5 of us. Council tax is included in the rent.
