Cosy all inclusive single close to transport links

Hey, we have our small spare room available immediately.
We are located just 5 mins walk from Ladybarn train station which has will take you into piccadilly in 10 minutes or to the airport in 20 and conveniently trains run every half hour and its £1: 90 return off peak.
Its really handy if you want to avoid the busy bus route in the morning but withington village is a very short walk away and buses seem to go every few minutes from there.

If you not familiar, Withington is a lovely little suburb with a whole host of really good charity shops, supermarkets, an independent butcher and grocer and a few really nice pubs and bars.

the price includes everything with no hidden costs. We are a friendly pair, and we can accommodate someone who likes to socialise or someone or equally someone who values their privacy.

Both of us work at a little bar in withington, I help with promotions and run the venue space for gigs. The olther fella works on the bar and restores furniture.
