Friendly Houseshare in Withington

Hi! We're looking for a new housemate (male/female - currently all 3 female 1male house) for our relaxed four bed house. We're all friends as well as housemates, even though none of us knew each other before we moved in. The room is a double. Rent is £240 and bills normally come in around £75 per month (which includes broadband and Virgin Media TV). We all work normal hours (9-5ish) and have our own interests but are quite happy chilling in the living room together during the week we normally go out together at weekends. Common interests are the usual - music, films, traveling etc. Ideally we are looking for someone 22+ and either working full time or a postgraduate student.
The house is a 2 minutes walk from Withington High Street, is non-smoking and we are clean (but not obsessive!). The room is available from the 1st may so if you think it could be for you we'd love to hear from you.
