We are a group of 5 students looking to find a housemate to join us.
The house is semi detached, in Withington and has a very homely feel.
There is a large driveway to the front, entrance hallway, and a large communal lounge, dining, kitchen area with a brand new kitchen and modern furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, one which has an amazing open brickwork fireplace and two which have patio doors to the big garden. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there are two brand new bathrooms with umbrella showers, and 3 really big bedrooms.
Gas, water and electric is included in the rent.
We are looking to find a suitable replacement for our friend who can no longer live with us. We are sociable and like to stay in too.
