Looking for young professionals - Withington

Hello!

I am currently looking to fill my much loved ex student house in Withington. Having decided to move to the city centre, I am seeking 5 clean and tidy young professionals to move in from July/August onwards.

The house has been recently redecorated and all rooms feature comfy, clean beds accompanied by modern, spacious furniture.
Kitchen features all mod cons, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave oven, large fridge and separate freezer.
Living area is a comfortable, nicely decorated social area. It is perfect for coming together at the end of the working day to chill out with your fellow housemates. I've also hosted many a successful party over the years here too!!

The house has 3 modern shower rooms, one of which is an en-suite (first come first serve)

The house has excellent public transport links - rail, bus and tram stops all within ten minutes walking distance.
West Didsbury is about a 15 minute walk and hosts plenty of bars/restaurants with a great atmosphere. Sainsburys Local is a 5 minute walk away and located within Withington village which boasts many other local amenities.

Wifi/TV licence is incuded in the rent, however bills will need to be arranged by individual tenants.

I will ensure the house is occupied by clean, friendly people who are respectful and looking to live with like minded people.
