We all work during the week and so are quiet on week nights. We respect each other’s personal space and keep the house tidy and clean so it’s a nice relaxed place to live.
We have a downstairs loo and big shower room. Masses of off-road parking as well as a spacious driveway and secure bike storage.
Location is great. Only moments from the Mauldeth Road train station. The quickest and cheapest route into town or the airport. Very close to Withington Village with bars and shops etc.
All fixed bills included, so it’s only the gas & electricity to pay on top (budget around £35 a month)
