Cosy Room In Withington//From 07.10//All Inclusive

Hi

We will have one room in a five bed house located in Withington available from the 7th of October.

There are three more bedrooms that are now taken. The fifth room is used for storage and you will be able to access that as well to save space in your own room.

You will be living with Ben, Natalie and Josh, all mid twenties, working mon-fri, the usual hours. The house has a warm, rustic, cottage'ish feel to it, if that's your kind of thing you'll love it. Housemates who are friendly, sociable and have a genuine interest to keep the place tidy would be very appreciated! :))
There's definately a very open atmosphere in the house, everybody can feel at home over here.

Logistics...
The house is situated 5 mins walk away from Wilmslow Road and about 10 mins from Princess Road giving you easy access(24/7 on Wilmslow Rd) to the city centre, Old Trafford and all southern suburbs(ie. Didsbury, Chorlton, Northenden) Tram stop is 5 mins away walking.
Local shops and cafes/restaurants are literally at the doorstep and West Didsbury's Burton Rd is at hands reach with all its amazing social life.

The house is well furnished, very spacious. The rooms catch a lot of sunlight throughout the day and have plenty of space to arrange them the way you like. The backyard's got garden decking, which makes for a nice hangout spot in the summer.

There's the main bathroom and an extra toilet. A kitchen and a separate living room on the ground floor. There's lots of parking space on the street(free of charge).

The rent includes all bills, broadband and the council tax.
