Friendly house share in Withington

Hi we're Neil and Natasha,

Up for grabs is one lovely double bedroom in our friendly house!

We're both (a youngish!) 33, sociable and outgoing and would like a housemate we can become friends and socialise with. We like the odd night out but equally enjoy staying in cooking or watching a film etc especially during the week.

Ideally we're looking for a tidy professional (admittedly the room's interior would better suit a female) who is sociable but is also respectful of other's privacy.

The room is at the back of the house overlooking the patio, with solid wood flooring and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is on a quiet, safe street with a gated alleyway to the rear.

- in walking distance to Wilmslow Road, West Didsbury and local amenities Coop and Sainsbury's
- Kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc)
- Large living and dining room (TV, sofa, dining table)
- On street parking available at the front of the house

The rent is 390 per month and includes all bills and Council Tax.
