Large quiet family house in green Whalley Range

Large double-sized second-floor room in a quiet house available from 1st September. The room has its own washbasin and shared use of a shower on the same floor. The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 separate WCs. Towels and bedding provided if required. Shared use of large family kitchen, washer and tumbledrier. Central heating and wireless broadband, big garden, easy on-road parking. Bikes can be kept in the garage.
All-female household, family plus others, including one child at present. Quiet, very green part of Whalley Range, close to local shops, Alexandra Park, and bus every 10 minutes to Universities and City centre (15 and 25 mins ride respectively). We have one cat. No bills, rent is all-inclusive. All household items can be provided. Short term lets welcome, rent £80 per week. Ideal base for overseas students or Academics visiting the Universities, or anyone else doing a short stay in Manchester. Friends/visitors welcome, but we do not take couples, and no overnight male visitors, just for everyone's comfort and privacy.
