1 Room in Victorian House in Whalley Range

This is taking my room in the house: I have to move due to relocation with work. This can be moved into from anytime and requires a £330 deposit and a £69 referencing fee.
This is a large house split into 13 rooms. No more than three rooms (neighbours) adjacent to each other. This lends to the nice, quiet ambience of the house.

All rooms are fully furnished with wardrobes, double bed, desk and chair. Carpets to floors and blinds to the windows. All rooms have aerial connections.

This property would suit those who like their own space but also the opportunity to socialise with others in the house, for example over a shared meal or chatting in the lounge.

The house has been described by a tenant as quiet with the most comfortable bed he's ever found. Socialises with his housemates when he wants to but equally able to spend time on his own.

The housemates clubbed together this summer and bought a BBQ so that they could enjoy the good weather and garden space.

The shared accommodation comprises a very large kitchen with a gas range and a further single electric oven, microwave, kettles, three sinks, fridge, fridge freezers, some pots and pans provided too, plenty of cupboard space and access to the rear and side gardens. Very large living room with functioning period wood shutters. Laundry room in basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The landlord is happy for people to grow their own vegetables in the garden if they wish.

Current housemates are mixed males and females who enjoy music, keeping fit, gardening and computers to name a few. They are genuinely nice people aged between 20 - 55.

There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away on Moss Lane West (called ‘Whalley Range, Alexandra Road') which is opposite the primary school. From here you can catch the No. 16 bus into the City centre. It runs hourly and also takes you past the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, before heading to the Metro Island in Piccadilly Gardens.
