Lovely room - in great flat

Hi my last housemate is moving on, so her room needs to be filled. It's a great space, large with tons of natural light and really well furnished.

The flats itself is over three floors, so we won't live in top of each other and I am the only other person living here.

I work pretty long hours and apart from me rushing in and out occasionally, it's really chilled and pretty tidy. I'm also away frequently.

I've owned the flat for 8 months and everything works as Ive bought most of it new in that time. There's a great bathroom, with your own cabinet. A solid if small kitchen with your own storage and a really good size living/dinning room. I have my own room and office. Plus there's an extra loo.

It's got good central heating, broadband, telephone and everything else that grown ups have.

My only requirements is that you work and pay your bills, probably and that your a decent person. Other than that, age sex, religion, race, sexuality I don't care about.

I'd really like to have someone I get on with and can share a cupper with, I would say I score highly on the tea making front. I guess it is now my home and I am very happy to share it.
