Hi there! We've got a large double room available in a quiet cul-de-sac in Whalley Range.

The house has plenty of space and comes fully furnished.

The house is 15 minutes walk to Chorlton or Firs Wood tram stops, and 30 mins walk to the City Centre. There's a Tesco Express and other local shops a 5 minute walk away.

The house is in good condition in a nice area with genuinely lovely neighbours. We're looking for somebody who's friendly and easy going to move in.

You'll be sharing with James and Ben - 2 professionals united by their guilty love for trash reality TV (specifically Shipwrecked) and recent obsession with garlic mayonaise. We're both 'into' cooking, and by this we mean we've got loads of cookery books in the kitchen that get ignored as we cook the same 10 dishes that we always do. It's worth mentioning that James is king of the weekend brunch though, and his smashed avo and poached eggs on toast really make those Saturday morning hangovers easier to manage.

There's a small garden with ample space for a BBQ and a couple of deckchairs for lazy sunny days.
The bathroom has a decent bath and power shower.
There's a washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen, and the lounge is nice to hang out in.

There's also on road parking and the 86 and 15 bus routes are a 2 minute walk away. .
