Large double with En-suite in big, modern flat

Hi all, I'm looking to replace a flatmate who's just moved out and bought another place, the flat is really big with lots of storage. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an open plan living/kitchen and diner. The flat has loads of space for two people! Close to Chorlton and the bus into town is every 10 minutes and great access to the M56/M6/airport etc. The flat does have on street parking and gated parking too which I'm happy to share the fob with. I park on the road now anyway so no biggy!!

I'm an outgoing 29 year old, work in sales Monday to Friday so like to chill during the week after work with meals/cinema or a cheeky glass of wine, so at the weekend I like to go out and have a good time and let my hair down with friends, it would be great the new house mate is also sociable so we can head out together on occasion!

Boring bits - I'm clean and tidy and would expect the new housemate to be the same and pitch in around the communal areas!

This flat is a must see and would be great to meet new people along the way!

Ideally I need to get Someone in w/c 24th March but willing to extend by a week or two for the right person if you need to put in notice etc.

The flat is with an agency so fees of £125 will apply. Bills work out at £135 each per month, deposit will also be Required as standard.
