The accommodation consists of a small double bedroom, with shared bathroom, and a private studio/study room facing the garden. Communal areas of the house, large kitchen/dining with sizable balcony, laundry and garden, are shared with the other tenants who are all artists/creative people.
The facilities are suitable for a visual artist working in traditional or new media, or for a non artist who has creative hobbies and likes to spend time around artistic people.
