Big double-room to rent in West Didsbury

My housemate is taking the plunge and moving in with his girlfriend in the next couple of months, so I need to find a new housemate, pronto!

The room available is a spacious double bedroom in the heart of West Didsbury.

It's located in a cul-de-sac off Barlow Moor Road, and whilst quiet is still within a couple of minutes walk from the bars and shops of Burton Road. Off road, safe parking is available and it's located on large, kept grounds with shared gardens. Two minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes from nearest tram stop (Burton Road). Five minutes away from the river Mersey- great for walking and running.

The building is sturdily built and all rooms in the flat are large and very light.

I'm looking for a fairly easy-going and reliable housemate. We don't have to be new best friends, but the odd trip to the Woodstock Pub quiz, movie night or cooking session shouldn't be out of the question either!

The rent is due on the first of each month and our letting agent is Montrose in West Didsbury. They usually ask for a £92 admin fee when processing details/references so be aware of that too.
