Double room available

Hi - I own the property and have just moved out, so my wonderful flatmate needs someone to share my flat with! Looking for a fun and friendly person to move into my 3 bed flat. It is located in a great location, close to west and main Didsbury, tram stop, bus into town, shops, bars etc. It is a 50metre walk to the bus, 200 metre to tram and takes 5 mins at a leisurely pace into West Didsbuty.

Bills will be split between you and Pete, broadband and sky available.

Pete, the current occupant, is a professional male who enjoys, stuff like surfing, diving, yoga so looking for someone similar.

Any questions just ask! I am getting a new kitchen put in so dates may vary slightly. Can be furnished or unfurnished depending on needs. Currently has a king size bed and set of drawers with a three door wardrobe in the third bedroom. Pictures do not really show the size of the room as it was difficult to get a good angle, so worth a view. Happy to make any changes. There are three bedrooms but only renting two rooms. It is an old Victorian house so high ceilings and lots of light in the kitchen/lounge due to the big bay windows.

This is a fantastic area to live in, there is always stuff going on and everything is within easy access.
