Hi, I'm a fun friendly girl looking for a new flat mate to share lovely modern 2 bed flat in the heart of West Didsbury.
After 8 years of living together my housemate is moving on and I love the flat so would like to stay and replace her with another young professional.
The flat was newly refurbised to a high standard when we moved in which was only a year ago so there's still plenty of time for a newbie to add their personal touch :)
I'm not looking for short term let and would prefer a sociable flat mate on a similar wave length to me.
I like to keep the place clean and tidy but I'm not obsessive.
I work in town Monday to Friday office hours and outside of that I like to go to the gym or see friends.

Now for the practical stuff -
The room available is a large double and unfurnished.
Its a first floor flat with door intercom.
Double glazing.
Gas central heating.
New Worchester boiler.
Plenty of parking.
Easy access to the motorway and a short walk to bus stops and Burton rd tram station.
Bills are currently £143 each a month which includes gas, electric, council tax, water, TV licence and internet.
The room is available asap, if I don't replace my current housemate by the end of May I will also be moving out.
