Double room to rent in a modern apartment

Hi, thanks for reading my advert.

I’m looking for a new flat mate for my apartment in West Didsbury.

The property is located at the Boulevard, Didsbury Point - just a couple of minutes walk from the metrolink station and a few minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and shops in West Didsbury village.

I'm an easy going, sociable professional who works hard during the week and likes to socialise and keep active.

I enjoy the usual things like going to the gym, meeting friends, watching films and eating out.

I'd like to share with a like-minded professional who is easy to get on with and sociable but also respects personal space.

The apartment is clean, modern, fully furnished and in a great location. The bedroom is a good size and you would have a large bathroom to yourself.

For work, I usually split my time between Manchester and London so I’m not at home for part of the week.
