Double bedroom available in West Didsbury flat

Due to our housemate having to move out suddenly we have a spare room available in our three bedroom flat in West Didsbury. Cost-wise rent is £250 pcm plus £40 council tax, £15 water and then electricity and gas £30. Internet is £8. 50. You would be living with me (Holly, 25) who works in retail and Sam, 25 who is the manager of a bookies. We do work a lot, but when we’re not at work we do like to let our hair down, have a drink and a party. We’re looking for someone, preferably female, who can hopefully become our friend as well as our flatmate. The areas great for going out and shopping but we do manage to get put in town when we can.
