Double room in Didsbury Point
I am looking for a lovely flatmate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in Didsbury Point. Here come the details...
The 3rd floor apartment is a good size with a large hallway and a combined living and kitchen area. There is a cosy tv/sofa area, dining room table and a kitchen, which is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware.
The available bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, two chest of draws, bedside table and built in wardrobes. You would have the use of the main bathroom as my room has an en-suite. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy.
I am a 34 year old professional working in events. I generally work 9-5 so like to spend evenings in or with friends and then am out and about at weekends. It would be nice to find someone like-minded to be a friend as well as a flatmate.
The rent is £362.50pcm. There is an additional £115.00pcm for council tax, electricity, broadband and tv licence. The water bill (every 6 months) is paid on arrival and will be divided between two.
The room is available from 1st July but there is flexibility.
If you are interested please contact me and I can arrange a viewing asap.
