There are 2 of us already living in the property with my very small cuddly dog :-).

We are both professionals who work hard Monday to Friday and like to chill during the evening and weekends.
This is definitely not a party house although we are very sociable and enjoy the odd night out / in with a glass or two of vino and some good food.
We respect each other's privacy and the house is always clean and tidy.
The house itself is very modern, light and airy and all bills are included with the rent. There is a double driveway to the front and garden to the rear.
