Single room in 2 bedroom semi detached house

I have a single room available for rent. Located in Little Hulton on a quiet street. The room is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. I work in hotels so won't be around all of the time as I can sometimes be working late shifts and weekends. It is essential that you like dogs as I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who loves people and loves attention, as much as you try to ignore him it doesn't work!
I like my house to be clean and tidy and would expect anyone living here to respect that and help with keeping it this way.
There is room on the drive for 2 cars and plenty of room to park on the road. Spacious lounge and dining area and a nice garden.
Only short term let's considered at the moment, but this could change and will depend on if my circumstances change. Previous lodger stayed 2 years.
2 References are a must (Preferably 1 from a previous landlord and 1 from your employer) and are required in advance. Deposit and 1st months rent required when you move in.
