Hi, We have two large double rooms available in a 4 bedroom house for June 2014. It’s in Victoria Park with direct buses to Birley Fields and all Oxford Road Campuses. Rent ONLY £49. 75 per week including water (£215. 58 pcm). You would be sharing with two MMU Speech Therapy students. We will be in our final year so would prefer people on the quiet side. Landlord is really nice and helpful and the house is big and well fitted with a garden. Bike stands and 3 guinea pigs in the garden. On-street parking always available on quiet residential street. Non-students welcome too.
