Large double bedroom available in this newly refurbished flat in Victoria Park! The room is located on the top floor, fully furnished with a lovely roof window. Also on the top floor are two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. On the bottom floor there are a further two bedrooms, another bathroom and the kitchen and living room. The flat comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, tv and WIFI. As it is newly refurbished, everything is new and clean and finished to a very high standard!
At the moment we are one girl and three boys, all very friendly students going into our second year of uni and we are looking for a flatmate who is sociable, easy going and most importantly keeps the place clean!
