Comfortable rooms in family home/house share, owner occupied (larger room of two could house a double bed but has a single in it, and has been decorated recently as well as prices updated to reflect cost of living), v nice landlady (I am told!)one of the two rooms becoming available one (larger) 4th January and the other within a few months of next year different rates apply, 87 per week for larger of the two, this includes all bills including Wi fi and land line for free local up to 1 hr calls any time, the only extra would be contribution towards communal items such as toilet roll, both have single beds, photo needs updating, now painted white with new carpet and single not cabin bed, this one overlooks the back garden and other comfy single bed in box room overlooking front garden both with wardrobe desk, chest of drawers, furnished house throughout, communal kitchen and lounge, bathroom/shower, gardens front and rear, garage and loft space, parking on road, two friendly cats, free view TV, Wi fi, central heating, shower/bath, usual modern facilities : microwave, washing machine etc., easy going sociable live in landlady and one other house sharer, family home, young child (noise levels consideration for bedtimes required) professional background, considerate smoker of roll ups (less smelly) try to keep to minimum, limited areas or outside, close to Trafford centre and all local public transport networks and amenities, leafy suburb...any questions please ask.....and/or welcome to view, thanks Chris(tine)
