Beautiful bedroom for rent

My name is Claire. I am looking for a house mate.

The house is a semi-detached house in Swinton.

There is a lovely spacious front room with tv etc. In the middle room there is a study with desk, settee. The kitchen is modern and has an electric cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a bright and comfy conservatory that is accessible through the double doors in the kitchen.

The garden is of a good size with a patio and flower bed.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms the bedroom for rent is at the back of the house with built in storage. There is a double bed and drawers. The room is light and bright, recently decorated. There is a white blind across the double window.

The bathroom is modern and tiled in white with a black sparkly floor. There is a bath with a large headed shower.

There is off road parking.

The house is in Swinton but on the border of Worsley close to the east lancs. It is close to Monton which has lots of bars, cafés and take always, it's an bit like Didsbury. It's also close to Worsley wich is a lovely area with local pubs and a lovely historical canal.
There are local busses V1 V2 running every 10 mins into Manchester and Bolton. There is train station within walking distance. The property is situated in an ideal area with easy acess to M602, M60, M62, M6 and East Lancs road.

This is a quiet and calm area with nice neighbours.

I am looking for someone who is polite, clean and respectful.
I am happy to socialise and show you the sights if your not from this area.

I work during the week and tend to go to the gym of an evening.

I am happy to consider short term lets.
