Spacious Double Room near park and amenities

Hey!
I'm looking for a lovely individual to take my place in a shared house in Swinton. The house is a pretty and spacious 4 bed and this room is the Master Bedroom. It has in built storage and a Tv, shelving and plenty of floor space. It also overlooks the park so it is very peaceful. The house leads onto a main road with strong bus routes to central Manchester and Bolton. There's about 5 buses you can get to town and a night bus not far away too on weekends.

So currently there are 3 others in the house all working in different areas. It's a nice environment and we all respect each other, socialising when we can.

The park is a stones throw away and I love it! The band stand hosts various Big Band and choir events and sometimes the circus comes to visit, It's just a really friendly area.
