I am looking for a quiet mature (21+) /post-graduate student/ professional person who is looking for quiet reasonably priced accommodation.

The property is terraced and situated on a peaceful road, without through traffic. The house is non-smoking, clean, tidy, and close to local amenities bus routes and trams into Manchester (short walk – 3 or 4 mins/20 minute commute to the city). All bills are included plus a fast wifi connection. The available room is a single which has a bed, wardrobe with storage space and a study table and chair. There is a comfortable living room with TV, bookshelves, wooden floors and dining/study table and a large dining kitchen. The room is immediately available.

Local amenities include a shopping mall (5 minutes walk), library (5 minutes walk) and other local shops. Chorlton (‘with its many bars and restaurants’) is 1. 5 miles away and Old Trafford Football Ground and Cricket ground 1 mile. Manchester City centre is 3. 5 miles away and the universities 3. 3 miles away.

I teach study skills at the University of Manchester. I have a girlfriend/partner who also lives in Manchester and I spend most of the week there. I am usually only home Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and sometimes Thursday evenings, arriving home around 9 or 10pm and leaving again around 6 or 7am. You would be sharing the house with 1 other mature student so this is perfect for those wanting quiet accommodation and valuing their own space.
