Single room to rent in a 2 bed flat in Stretford close to the Trafford centre and local train and bus stations . Looking for a non smoker , no pets , age or sex doesn't matter . Clean and friendly. Room is £110 a week with merely a £100 deposit and rent is to be paid in advance so upon moving in it would simply be £220 then £110 every week . The property is currently unfurnished and a blank canvas so to speak . I will take care of the gas electric water rates and council tax and am getting internet installed But dependant on the usage their might be a small charge at the end of the month to help towards the costs . I will be in the other room but will only be in the property 2 nights a week due to work. So the flat will be essentially yours . Strictly no DSS though !!
