Double room in big semi house on a quiet street

I have a good-sized double room to offer in a lovely big three bedroom semi-detached house available immediately.

The house is on a quiet dead-end avenue, but just round the corner from buses into Chorlton, town and Trafford Centre, among other places. The tram stop is just 10mins walk (and 15 mins into town centre). The M60 ring-road is also just 3mins away! The house also benefits from a detached garage (which currently houses a bike, and camping gear).

The house has two large reception rooms - a front room and dining room, and a small, but fabulous little kitchen with all white goods. The house has all needed furniture, but could have room for more if you own it.

I'm a full-time working female who loves to cook (and to eat), love to socialise, but also love a good film and glass of wine on a week night. I love my music and play a little piano from time to time. I also love to entertain and cook for others, I've been known to hold the odd dinner party :-)

I'm looking for another like-minded professional who enjoys good chat, good food, and doesn't mind the occasional visitor.
