I'm looking to find tenants for both the single and double room of my property. The house would be shared with another female and male, we are a mix of professionals, so the house is generally very quiet. All friendly and easy-going, as well as being clean, tidy and respectful. Looking for the same!

House has 4 Bedrooms with a large kitchen, living room, washing machine and bathroom. Rent includes all bills and wi-fi is included. However no smoking is allowed within the home and overnight guests are not allowed.

The house is approximately 4 miles from Manchester City Centre and a 15 minute walk from the metrolink. It accessible to the motorway and is also along the bus route to Manchester and Altrincham, with bus stand 1 minute away.

The property which is situated behind the Gorse Hill Hotel and is inbetween Stretford Mall and Manchester United Football Grounds is a 1 minute walk to corner shops, local pharmacies and takeaways.

As someone who is living here, I have to say the the house is well-kept and in a safe area, the room is nice, furnished and well-ventilated and overall a great atmosphere to be able to relax after a busy day!
