Also a twin or larger single/twin room available.

Quiet peaceful, cluttered house always some music/tv playing in the background!

Very close to Metro link, bus service, airport, Trafford Centre and local shops.
Gym 10 mins away and 15 mins from city centre, theatres etc..
Beautiful park across the road for early morning run, evening stroll.
I work shifts so do need to sleep during the day sometimes.
Would prefer short term lodgers of 1 week to 3 months who may be in need of room whilst looking for permanent housing or on a job/study placement.
I am friendly, helpful person who has lived in the area all my life.

I have two daughters who have left home but still live close by.
